What happens if my child is sick?

Please notify us as early as possible if your child will be absent. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits for missed days due to illness, as our costs remain fixed.

Is late pickup allowed?

Our program runs until 6:00 PM sharp. We understand occasional delays happen, but consistent late pickups may incur additional fees. Please contact us directly if you anticipate being late.

What’s the daily schedule like?

The general schedule is: School Pickup (2-4 PM), Arrival & Snack, Homework/Quiet Time, Taekwondo Class, Enrichment Activities/Free Play, Parent Pickup (until 6 PM). The exact timing varies slightly by day and location.

Can I adjust the number of days per week my child attends?

Yes, you can choose between 3, 4, or 5 days per week based on availability. Changes to your schedule require advance notice and are subject to space availability.

What schools do you pick up from?

We provide pickup from specific schools in the Niagara Falls, St. Catharines and Niagara on the Lake areas. Please contact us with your child's school name to confirm if it's on our current pickup route for your chosen location (Niagara Falls or St. Catharines).
